Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Once approved, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the item using the instructions above.
- Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
We provide free return shipping labels for exchanges to ensure a seamless process.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products) once opened.

Refunds
