At Elda Silva Shop, we do not offer warranties on products sold, as they are beauty-related items rather than electronics. All products are sold "as is," and no implied warranties are provided. If you encounter an issue, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges section below.


Returns & Exchanges

Our philosophy is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. While all sales are final, we allow exchanges under specific conditions:

  • Exchanges are accepted for items that are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description on our website.
  • To qualify for an exchange:
    • Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original retail packaging.
    • Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

How to Start an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at shop@eldasilva.com to request an exchange.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided during the exchange process.

Processing Time:

  • Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after the 1–3 day processing time.
  • Expedited Shipping: Currently unavailable.
  • For international orders, shipping times may vary due to customs delays, which are beyond our control.
